Eval Design through Ashoka India, had conducted ‘Changemaker Skills’ assessment in November with a sample size of ~80 students from grades 7-10.
The attachment has results from this assessment which measured our children on skills of Empathy, Teamwork, Leadership and Problem Solving.

Three productive years have passed since the time Ms. Avnita Bir, Director-Principal, R. N. Podar School signed up for the TED-Ed club. TED is a world class platform for showcasing ideas that are worth spreading. TED-Ed is an initiative undertaken by TED to reach out to schools and give students a platform to structure, debate, polish and present their ideas.

53 kids in 10 teams from our school took it upon themselves to start a business as part of Microsoft’s Global Enterprise Challenge. They were expected to create a brand identity, research on product designs, create prototypes, pitch their business plans to investors, understand the market through research and of course, sell their products.
